John A. Fannin, son of Silas and Mary (Ferguson) Fannin, was born in Wayne County, WV 22 July 1857; married 12 March 1882 in Wayne County, Mary Alice Honeycutt. They settled in Johnson County, Kentucky to raise a family. His occupation is given as House Carpenter.
The Johnson County 1910 Kentucky census listed them in Buffalo Precinct.
His death certificate gives influenza as cause of death. It says he died at Odds. I would like to know what cemetery he is buried in, and if there is a Rebecca, b. about 1850 buried near his grave. She is the object of my research and his older sister. She was married to a Workman in 1868 and divorced him in 1877. I’ve never found a clue to her second marriage or where they went.
