I checked out the USGS site (address is: http://geonames.usgs.gov/pls/gnis/web_query.gnis_web_query_form_simple) and put in MACEDONIA for "Feature Type" in KY, CLAY cty. and got a map for the Macedonia Church:
Feature Name: Macedonia Church
Feature Type: church
USGS 7.5' x 7.5' Map: Manchester
You could try to check out and contact the page owner (Jim Wilson) of the Clay Cty Genealogical page at: http://jwwilson.tripod.com/
and look as this map (off that site)http://ukcc.uky.edu/~maps/ghm21051.gif
He may be able to help you find what you're looking for. Also, if the church is still running, contact the secretary there and see if s/he can locate records of the graveyard. I worked as a temp in a church a few yrs. ago and got familiar w/how many records are kept in the rectory (including membership rosters and baptism and confirmation records).
Hope this helps!

Is there someplace on-line that has a listing of Harlan, Clay, Leslie & or
