"Notes on the Church and Parish of Camrose" from West Wales Historical
Records gives your William Richards of Pelcomb and wife Mary. She died
Feb.8th.,1847 aged 64 years and he died July 23rd., 1863 aged 82 years. You
may have taken this information already from the headstones, but there is
also one for a presumed son of theirs..
"Sacred to.......son of William and Mary Richards of Pelcomb in this parish
who died March 5th. 1834 aged 23 years".

I would like to wish you the very best for 2003, and to thank you
for your friendly welcome in 2002.
I spent a couple of hours in the Pembroke record Office on
Christmas Eve (very friendly) and found 3 marriages relevant to my
These were of James Richards and Jane Lewis (both farm servants
James's father William Richards (blacksmith) and Martha Rowlands in 1838
that of William's father William Richards (labourer) with Mary
all at Camrose St. Ismaels Church. I couldn't find any baptisms,
also didn't have time to look at the several films of the Baptist
another time perhaps. But I did go and look for gravestones at both
and found that to Willam and Mary (died 1863 and 1847) at St
Camrose. A wonderful moment. Also looked at Pelcomb and Keeston, where
lived at different times.
