To answer your question, the BT's are *not* online in any form and yes, you
can order the microfilms Annie mentioned through the nearest LDS FHC. They
usually take a week or more to arrive and then you have approx. 30 days to
view them at their facility. I'm in Michigan and have used the LDS FHC for
the bulk of my Welsh ancestry research for the past 17 years.
