Hello Linda
This is an extract from Efailwen to Whitland by E T Lewis:
"Another branch south of Rhydwilym was Molleston near Narberth which was
definitely a separate church by 1731. It was in fact possible that some of
the earliest meetings were held in that locality. The Narberth distract was
more Welsh speaking than it is today but anglicization was in progress. It
is likely that the original members were fairly bilingual but when the
monoglot Welsh flocked to Rhydwilym the congregation naturally divided along
linguistic lines"

Subject: [Dyfed] Narberth Chapel
Hello,
I understand that there is a chapel at Narberth that broke away from the
original church to serve English speaking members. I wonder if anyone
knows
anything about this chapel....how to access records or how to contact
the
church?
Any help much appreciated.
Regards,
Linda Herman
