I am trying to trace a John Davies born in Llandewibrefi around 1852. I have
some CDs of Carmarthenshire, and on the 1881 Census it shows him (aged 29)
with his family living in Conwil Caio. at a dwelling called Llechauisaf with
his wife Mary and children Thomas and Ann. He was a farmer. (common I'm

above. Can anyone help with a lookup or let me know how I could trace Census
CDs for that area?
Also his daughter Ann went on to marry someone called James (surname) and
continued to live in Caio. She apparently had a son called Saachi - surely
this is not a common Welsh name???? Just was wondering if it actually was
and meant anything in Welsh?
