Can I suggest this... which only appears in the 1841 census, and I can't find the
address in the 1851 census for Carmarthenshire under any of your suggestions...
HO107 piece 1383 folio 7/16 page 4
Dwelling appears to read UPLAND
The Ancestry entry for the same place is :-
Parish: Abernant; County: Carmarthenshire; Enumeration
District: 7; Folio: 16; Page: 4; Line: 18; GSU
Could not find either Upland or the entries on either side in the 1851 census/Findmypast.
Margaret Lewis nee Griffiths is living with her parents in Weindeg in 1852.
Hope this is helpful...

Subject: [Dyfed] Farm name?
I have searched the 1841 and 1851 census for 'Caplahed' in the Conwil Elvet,
Abernant and Cilrhedyn parishes of Carmarthenshire without success.
It was given as the residence of John Lewis, farmer, on his marriage to Margaret Griffiths
of Weindeg in 1842 at Conwil Elvet. It could be misspelt or located outside the area so I
thought someone may have heard of it or have an idea of what it should be?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
