Neither the deceased's birthplace nor names of his parents will be recorded
on his death certificate.
A 19th century death certificate includes the following details:
Registration District, Sub-District, and County
1. When and Where Died
2. Name and Surname
5. Rank or Profession
6. Cause of Death
7. Signature, Description, and Residence of Informant
8. When Registered
9. Signature of Registrar
