There are a number of William Roach marriages in the Pemb. index which might
fit the bill, though none seems to stand out..... also there is a marriage
between a William Roch of St. Mary's Haverfordwest and Abigail Lawless at
St. Thomas, Haverfordwest on 30/12/1817. It is unlikely that the surname
spelling would be confused, but possible, so you should not discount this
one completely unless proved otherwise.
If Thomas Mathias' wife was Elizabeth as Gerry suggests, then they could be
the Thomas Mathias and Elizabeth Harries who married at Narberth 29/08/1820.
