Henry Phillips was the eldest son of Daniel Phillips and Sarah XXX.
Brothers - John, David and Thomas.
He was living at Blaenparsell, Abernant when his father made his Will in 1848, and when
his father wrote a Codicil in 1850.
Daniel Phillips in turn was the 6th son of Harry Phillip who died in 1790.
That should keep you busy for a while!

Subject: [Dyfed] Carms. Henry Phillips / Eliza James
Henry PHILLIPS was born 1805/6, Conwil, Carms. On 1851 census Henry is widowed and living
at Blanparsel, Abernant.
I am working on the idea that Henry married Eliza JAMES 20 June 1836 at Llanwinio, and
that Eliza died in either 1845 or 1847.
I would be interested to hear from anyone who may have information about Eliza JAMES or
her family, or indeed any info about Henry's family, as my visit to Carms Record
Office last year drew a blank.
Henry clearly had links to Llanwinio, as his second wife Ann THOMAS, who he married in
1870, was from Llanwinio.
(Phillips, Looney, etc)
