Mynwent mutates after a Welsh Vowel to FYNWENT.
You are correct in stating that TAN -Y- FYNWENT indicates it is below or down hill from a
Cemetery or Burial Ground or Church Yard.

Not quite correct. Fynwent is the Welsh word for cemetery, so
Tanyfynwent would be below the cemetery.
