The bloody system works for days, with no problem and then freezes. Then it can freeze
several times a day.
When it does, the mouse and Keyboard does not respond, and I cannot access TASK MANAGER.
The suppliers have reinstalled practically everything, and replaced the Keyboard and
Mouse, and also run all updates for every programme, and tried different browsers.
What more can I do?

My experience with Windows 10 is mixed. I have no issues with it on my
laptop but I retain it on my PC purely because it fires up more quickly
than Windows 7. That said, the associated Windows Mail has never worked
properly and has now disappeared altogether from the program options along
with the Store and Calendar. I therefore have a very cut down version of 10
and have been using Windows Live Mail and a decent browser rather than the
disastrous (so far) Edge. Chrome, Firefox and Maxathon are all vastly
As to your E-mail issues, from what I've said, if you are using the Mail
program built into Windows 10, I'd suggest an alternative. Apart from
Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird is still going strong.

Is it only me who struggles with Windows 10?
Attachments to E-Mails when I Click on them, are automatically downloaded
with no option to Re-Name then or save them to a particular folder.
Several times a day the system freezes, and all I can do is turn off the
Power and start again, losing work I have not saved.
It has happened 3 times in the last 5 hours!
I have been reduced to replying to, or writing E-Mails in a Word Doc, Saving
them every few sentences, and then Cutting and Pasting them into my E-Mail
What am I doing wrong.
