From Major Francis Jones "Historic Houses of Pembrokeshire and
Treglemais is also known as Cern Fawr which was an episcopal manor. At
the end of the 16th century it became a lay manor. In 1737 David
Reynolds was living in the parish with a lease of Treglemais. His
descendants bought the freehold and lived there for five generations.
It was sold by the family after WWII.
