Can anyone help please? I have come across a message of thanks for an
expression of sympathy. This was sent by Oswald JAMES and Eirlys, in
February 1940. The address at the top is Gwynfe Dairy, Woodfield Street,
Morriston, Swansea. My aunt who died recently said that Eirlys JAMES was a
cousin, but was not sure of the connection. According to the 1911 census,
Oswald appears to have been the stepson of Richard James and his wife,
Margaret Jane (nee GRIFFITHS), of Glanmeilwch, Gwynfe, and he married Mary
Jones in the Llandovery District, in 1919. Mary died in February, 1940.
Any help would be much appreciated.
