I assume given names are Christian names.
I think Jevan is Ieuan - which can be considered as the Welsh rendition for
John - but I suspect most native Welsh folk would say that is only how
English people would interpret it. Really it is a stand-alone Welsh name in
its own right.
Reddz is a bit more problematical.

List - I am reading thru the will abstracts of St. David’s diocese. I’ve
come across a couple of given names that are unfamiliar to me. Could
someone shed some light on the names Jevan and Reddz?
