To what parish does the town of Cwm-mawr (located between Tumble and
Drefach in Dyfed, formerly Carmarthenshire) belong?
Davies (1967) seems to suggest that the village (not town) of Cwm-mawr
is in two adjacent parishes: Llannon and Llanarthne (Llanarthney).
My Ordnance Survey Landranger map (sheet #159) shows that Cwm-mawr
straddles the river Gwendraeth Fawr. If, as is likely, the river defines
the parish boundary, Davies is probably correct.
