Ds made two kinds of poppy seed strudel that I am aware of. One is with a short crust, the
other with a sweet raised (yeast) dough. The latter may be made with the dough of the
'Easter Bread' (posted) and filled with ground poppy seed sweetened with sugar and
rolled up like jelly roll. If you have no grinder, use the coffee grinder. When I make the
one with the short crust I will post the recipe.
