I've had a breakthrough!!! Thank you Eileen.
Temes Kutas is another name for Kudritz where my great grandmother was from. There is the
connection. The twist is that her second husband's name was John Bolen - his parents
were Peter Bolen and Barbara Kriel according to the records you sent. I matched the birth
dates in the Kudritz records with...Peter Poling and Barbara Grill.
Another line to trace!

Found a border-crossing record from Canada to the US at Buffalo for Peter Jr:
Bolen, Peter M., aged 52 years (?), married, farmer, German, Canadian, last of Regina,
bound for Brogan(?) NY,; gives his father, Peter, of Earl Grey, Saskatchewan, as next of
kin in Canada; previously a citizen of Hungary; says he was born in Temes Kertas
(Kutes?)(?), Hungary; arrived originally in Canada in May 1900 aboard the Dominion into
Quebec; dated 23 November 1923.
Accompanied by his wife, Elizabeth, aged 4, and daughter, Mary M., aged 4. Place in US may
be Bergen, New Jersey. To step-daughter, Elizabeth Dummer.
