I am looking for Pengelly's, Pengilly, Pengelley etc etc, anywhere,
anytime. Any info you could give me would be greatly appreciated. I am
trying to match up as many family trees as I can and have about 3,600
entries in my database at this time. If you are looking for a Pengelly
let me know, I may be able to help.
I 'think' I have a PENGELLY in my family. Mary Ann Pengelly married
Thomas LEMON about 1847 but it seem's she was also married to John
Pengelly and they had five children namely Elizabeth, William A., Oliver
V., Alice and John. The parents of John were Roger and Elizabeth.
According to the 1851 Census John was a Watch and Clock Maker Master.
It looks like John was born about 1820 and baptised at Cross Street
I have the Will of Thomas LEMON and he mentions giving his Wife's son
William £100. William's address at the time was Leadenhall Street,
If you have anything on this family I would be grateful.
