There was a flaw in the program some time back whereby you could get
multiple copies of the same annotation. Deleting one would reveal the one
"underneath". It is easiest to fix this in a text editor such as WordPad.
Open your deed file in WordPad and search for "txt" and you'll see the
annotation lines. Remove the duplicate lines and save the file.
If I recall correctly, the problem relating to cutting and pasting or
copying parcels. We'll send you a copy of the latest build, which fixes the

I am currently having problems deleting annotations to plots. I
annotation. It changes color showing it is selected. I can either
click and select Delete or use the Delete under the Edit menu which brings
up the confirmation window. I select yes. The screen redraws but the
annotation is still there. Has my data file been corrupted or do I need
re-install the program? Any suggestions?
