450 plats! Newbie?
You can create a large printout with your own printer by selecting either
4 page or 16 page printout option when you use the File>>Print command.
With scissors and tape you can create a pretty large mosaic. But, for a
truly beautiful printout, a plotter can't be beat.
Kinko's probably has a plotter (large format printer) that can print large
Plotters are used by architects and draftsmen to make engineering drawings.
Paper sizes are A (8.5 x 11), B (11x17), C (17x22), D (22x34), E (34x44).
Modern plotters are just specialized, expensive ($1500 to $15,000) printers.
One possibility is for you to find out which brand of plotter they have and
download that plotter's Windows driver from the manufacturer's web site.
By using MyComputer>>Printers>>Add New Printer you can add that plotter
to your own set of available printers. You can then tell DeedMapper to
the plotter instead of your regular printer, but you would tell it to print
to a file
(there's a checkbox on the Print window) and not to the plotter (because you
don't have the plotter hooked up to your machine.) You would then copy the
file to a diskette or email it to Kinko's. The part I can't advise you on
they would need to do to direct the file to their plotter, but I'm sure they
kind of thing all the time, so you should discuss it with them.
The DMU group will certainly be interested to hear how it goes.
(Anyone intending on using a plotter should check with us to see if your
of the program will handle it.)

I'm a relative newbie with a relatively simple question. I have a
that encompasses about 450 plats and relatively large area which I would
like to print the plot view to a 42" printer or something similar at
Kinko's. Is there a way to output the plot view so that the jpg or tiff
would encompass the entire plot and not just the portion on the
