can not read last 2 signatures.
It appears that Abraham's widow, Eliza(beth) is on the 1790 census of Burke.
Sure would like to know who his children (if any) were and how he might tie
into my Burke Co, NC Denton line of Joseph b. @1775 VA married Polly
Hudson/Hutson in 1800 in Pittsylvania Co, VA moved to Burke with her and 2
sons Anderson Denton and Peter McKibbon Denton @1812-1814....
or perhaps to the John , Jackson or William Denton lines of early Burke Co,
Thanks to Denise for sending the deed to me to transcribe.
The following is the from Burke Co. Land Grants, per Dr. Robert McNeely:

The present-day location of Abraham Denton's land is about a mile
and-a-half south of the Catawba River dam at the State Park. The exact spot
would be off Highway 70, turning right on Rutherford Drive. Near the end of
the road, on the right, is the plat.
I am always looking for DeedMapper plots in present Burke, Catawba,
Lincoln, Gaston, Cleveland and Rutherford prior to 1860.
This helps us all discover ancestral lands.
