If you don't already have one, define a printer as a generic text
printer. As has already been suggested, select portrait format and
legal size paper. When you are ready to print the data, select "write
to file". Be sure to remember the name of the file and where you save
This print file can be opened directly into Excel with you controlling
what is contained in each column.
I hope this helps.

Has anyone figured out how to create a printout other than the method
exporting the table view by printing to file? That has worked well
so far, but what is cut off in a column in table view, for instance,
off when the prn file is saved in Word. Has anyone figured out how to
the fields in the program's database into a table format or Excel?
like to create a report that is sortable as it is in the program, but
contains all of the information in a particular field. It takes a lot
work to convert the information in a prn file to table format.
