In addition to Paul's comments, your situation, Carmen, may lend itself to
the necessity of locating deeds of the neighbors -- the meander on your deed
may be more aptly described on another deed.

You can only plot a deed that contains no more than 1 undefined meander.
Your deed has four sides and three meanders, and cannot be plotted.
you do have a great description that includes the intersection of
creeks. What I do in these situations is to look at a map and approximate
the bearings along watercourses and just include a note with the LM saying
that the bearing does not actually appear in the deed.
