Every line has to been with an operator DM understands like Lbl, To, Frm,
Ln, etc. Also the first call has to be Pt bg.
If you want text to show up on each deed template entry you could precede it with
! which is called a remark by programers. It tells the code to ignore the following
Here is one I might use.
! Chilton Co., Al GLO
! if I ever start another big project I'll probally put the date
! in the template each day I start new deeds
Typ GLO Patent
something like "Texas GLO Abstract No.,"
would prob be
Id Texas GLO Abstract No.****
or Lbl Texas GLO Abstract No.****
That makes it available in the plat and table views
however labels and such should be kept shorter.
Typ Texas GLO Abstract and use Id or Label for the Number

You shouldn't need or expect to see exclamations in your custom template.
If the template you create is generating errors it might be cause you're
using tab characters or some other kind of character in the lines. Lines
must begin with Ln, for example.
What I am gathering is that any words other than what is in the
"standard" template are illegal. For instance, if I wanted my template to say
GLO Abstract No.," that would be illegal.
