You shouldn't need or expect to see exclamations in your custom template.
If the template you create is generating errors it might be cause you're
using tab characters or some other kind of character in the lines. Lines
must begin with Ln, for example.
The program understands one template. It is the file called template.txt
that is located in the folder containing the DeedMapper program.

I solved my custom template problem by placing an explanation point
before all created lines and I believe the double explanation points
are supposed to be there. This moves me on to my next question. Are you
to have more than one template and, if so, how can you access the one you
want. When I go to enter a new template, the custom one I created
pops up, giving me no choice. Thank you.
