Plotting the first three sides as given, then leaving the 4p6l off from in
front of the semicolon, but leaving the semicolon, closes the plot giving us
4.57 acres. Too much? The easiest way to get close to two acres is to
shorten the second side to 12p6l.
The way to find out whether the plot is that long and narrow is to plot all
the adjoining deeds. I really enjoy using DeedMapper to plot neighborhoods.
