· Degrees, Minutes, Seconds
If your survey
uses degrees (°), minutes ('), and seconds ("), use forward slashes to separate
the parts, e.g. 14/33/24 represents 14 degrees, 33 minutes, and 24 seconds.
14/33 represents 14 degrees and 33 minutes.

Subject: [DMU] Question on entering deed calls
I am used to working with older deed that give calls such as: N24W 65
Poles, etc. I have a newer deed that has calls like this:
N81-40-46W 316.97Feet. I think this reflects the minutes and seconds
but don't know how to enter that. I did some of these several years ago but
have completely forgotten how to do it! Could someone advise please?
