The line, if in fact missing, is as stated before N11:39:5E 115.15p.
Acreage is 241.46.
One of the reasons may be for your acreage being stated as 225 and
calculated as 241 is called slope. You are plotting on a flat surface and
the land was probably sloped in one or more areas. We must keep this in
mind especially when lines do not meet and acres do not calculate exactly.

Then, would it be appropriate to add as the "north" leg, or
call, the total
of the two "south" legs? Also, can anyone tell me how to tell the total
acreage of the parcel in Deedmapper?
IF, in fact, it is determined that the "north" call(s) are indeed
missing then one can do one of two things:
1. Add a line before the END line (following the "hickory"
PT line) that is essentially a blank LN line (like
this: "LN ; ;"). This tells DeedMapper to draw a dotted line
from the "hickory" PT to the beginning effectively providing closure
to the plot.
2. Do the same as in 1 above, but guess at the values
needed for the missing call and adjust the values as needed to get
the same line as the dotted line above. The result will be something
on the order of "LN n12e; 98p;".
DeedMapper can show the total acreage by clicking on Display=>Area in
the Main Menu to turn on the display of the acreage value. Click
that option again to turn off the acreagew diplay.
Hope this helps -
