I've entered Options> Images parameters: Enabled, 2000'/in, 200dpi, which
are exactly correct, gone to Plot Mode, and I continue to see only my plots,
zoomed all the way out. I tried zooming in one click, but if the maps are
there, they should begin to appear because they're about the same scale as
the deeds and are in fact several times larger - one of the two maps is
almost 10 times larger. - and however small, they should show up at least as
a dot against the white background, but no dots. Nary a one.
When I go back to Options> Images, after fruitlessly scanning in Plot Mode
the parameters have stuck, but when I close the program, no images.dat file
has been written, and Options> Images no longer has the parameters - only
the names of maps with 0s in the parms.

John, the program supports up to two background images. If
in mind then I think there are tools for merging graphic files. I'm not
sure why you're having problems getting the program to take the
There's a checkbox in the View>>Options>>Images tab to enable/disable
image. And sometimes you actually need to be zoomed *in* a bit to see the
image. If you're zoomed too far out it might not be displayable. A file
named images.dat is placed in the folder with your deed file and images.
contains the information from the Images tab. You might try deleting this
file and starting over. Also, once the image is visible you can click on
any of its four corners to select it and then drag it to relocate it.
