Like plots, you need to position the annotations where they should be
located and then lock them in place. Re-positioning annotations
works just like plots. Make sure the annotation is "active" and drag
it to the desired place. See Annotations in Help, specifically the
paragraph on 'Moving (dragging) an annotation.'
Also, in the Annotations Dialog Box, you may want to change the Font
to Custom and adjust the Size to smaller (or larger) as you think best.
