Hello, there.
I have just recently subscribed to this list and did so without any real
idea of what I was doing.
It just seemed like a neat place to check out!
My problem is what to do now that I have found you-all.
How does one go about using DEED MAPPER?
How does one go about using the resources mentioned in these particular
emails?
Could I use DEED MAPPER or some sort of software (if so, what and how does
one obtain it) to help me research my ancestors' land holdings in Henrico
County,Virginia in the early 17th century?
I already know quite a bit about what they were given by the Virginia
Company when they arrived in 1618, but what I would like to find out is
where those boundaries would lie TODAY?
Who has owned that land over the centuries, etc.?
Can anyone advise me, please?
Thanks so much if you can.
