Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

I'm not sure what the difference is, but I don't seem to have the
problem. As Mike said, it sounds like the window is partly
off-screen. In the upper-right corner of the program window look at
the middle of the three buttons and of it is a square, click on it to
expand the program window to full screen. Then in the data window,
do the same. Then see if that makes a difference.

Yes, the bottom entries are offscreen. The vertical scroll bar scrolls
down, but not far enough to see all of the entries.
In fact, the scroll bar when scrolled down, displays only about 6 more
entries, the balance of them offscreen.
