Weatherspoon/Witherspoon ~ Same family??
Vickie also mentions Marmaduke Daniel(s) who was supposed to have
married Nancy "Nannie" Still a full-blood Cherokee. I found, which I
forgot to bookmark, a letter from a Major who stated that Marmaduke
was a pirate on the Mississippi and when things got to hot for him,
he did go into the Cherokee Hills in Georgia and married a Cherokee
woman. They had a very large family together and eventually he moved
his family back to North Carolina where they were home schooled.
I found through DNA that I match with Donna Glass who also connects
back to Marmaduke Daniel(s) and Nannie Still on December 14, 2011.
I was wondering if anymore has been found regarding Marmaduke
Daniel(s) and his "large" family? Perhaps, through matches on the
