If I am reading this will right and these were the heirs of Chesley DANIEL,
Esq, we know the following.
1. Both of his wives had already died.
2. Robert GILES married his sister, Martha DANIEL
3. Thomas TURPIN married his sister, Ann DANIEL.
4. Thomas EVANS married his sister, Jane Beverly DANIEL.
This tells me -- Chesley was a son of George DANIEL and Martha Julia
DANIEL. Does anyone have any objections to this assignment? He also
probably graduated, like some have said, from the UNC at age 16 or so and
the Beverly DANIEL who was US Marshall for NC and General of the NC Militia
and Beverly was his uncle, like I thought all along.....
