Thanks a bunch, Mike -- sounds like, since the Richard listing shows 2
tithes, and the William only 1 tithe, and looks like most everyone had a
horse!! Now, if someone can tell me that the said Thomas Terry was
murdered by Indians or such in GA, I could maybe get rid of the old
"Spaceship" theory. I can't find the Wills on the Halifax web site - can
you tell me where?

Daniel who died in Halifax before Feb 1783 and Agnes Terry. Since
it is a
1782 tax list perhaps this is Richard himself. There was a son
Terry Daniel who was murdered sometime before 7 Jan 1795. Richard,
was a brother of James Daniel who married Elizabrth Woodson and both
of James Daniel and Anne Parker.
Both Richards left Halifax Co. wills and Sr. clearly names wife
nine children. Younger Richard leaves all to his siblings.
