**-Robert Daniel qualified as exr.
"William and Ann (Watts) Daniel did have a son **Robert, but he didn't
receive land in his father's will, nor in the later division of the estate
(1767, after widow Ann has died), possibly not even in a division upon the
death of three of the other heirs (Josiah, Agatha, and Ann). Also William
and Ann's land is shown by surveys to be way further southeast on Dragon
Swamp at Murray's Mill Swamp (where old Capt. William had settled (d.1698)),
so they have little to do with Jamaica
people in terms of land." Pam Miller of California

Subject: [DANIEL] William Daniel b 1706 Middlesex Co., VA, son of Richard
Does anyone have their Heinemann info handy to check to see if this
William Daniel b 1706 Middlesex Co., VA, son of Richard b 30 Sep 1678 same
place, had any sons? He may be the William who died 28 Nov 1746 per Christ
Church Parish Records, not sure, so don't quote me on that info. Still, if
he lived to age 40, he may have had children.
