Regarding the DNA Record, below, for Thomas Daniel. Thomas was not the son
of John and Anne of Barbados! I don't believe that any of their issue came
over to America. We don't need to perpetuate that myth, so proof to the
contrary would be well received.
DANIELL, John, St. James Parish, 24 Dec. 1689, RB6/41, p. 394, Sons Edward
Daniell* & John Daniell* & Mary Daniell*; wf Ann Daniell - Xtrx. Signed John
John and Ann Daniell married before 1672 and not in 1675 as proposed by some
sources. They were not from Virginia nor did they move to Virginia. They and
their children Edward, Mary, and Sarah lived in Barbados until they died.
Apparently, there is little known about John and Thomas other than that they
were not connected to any Virginia Daniels. Especially any Daniels mixed up
in Bacon's Rebellion.
Also, what is the principal family link between, Edward (10384); Edward
(14274); and Brittian (19991) and 4180; 12914; and 48987? I believe that
Edward (10384) was the son of John of Henry who was likely to be the same
individual as John Sr. of Brunswick.
