May 5, 1741 Constant DANIEL, Martha HARDEE and Rose MONDEAR were charged with/named
as having bastard children.
November 3 1741 Obediah DANIEL was named guardian to John SEGAR, orphan of Oliver
SEGAR, gentleman, deceased. Garret DANIEL may have replaced Obediah DANIEL as
guardian as John SEGAR's guardian, on December 7, 1742.
March 29, 1741 Obediah DANIEL witnessed the will of Robert BROWN.
The January 24, 1741 will of John CARTER references Robert DANIEL, brother and
Elizabeth DANIEL, siste. These may have been brother-in-law and sister-in-law.
