Apparently this did not go thru?

Since I have been the most speculative in favor of my Ambrose Daniel being a son of Moses
Daniel, son of William Daniel of Caroline, the connection between Moses and William Daniel
of Caroline seems secure but the connection of my Ambrose Daniel via DNA is highly
“Researcher Pam Miller's comment: "One can say that it is surely suggestive by
the records that Moses was a son of William Daniel of Caroline." [Caroline County Va.
Order Book 1740-1746: p.49=p.256 9 Mar 1743/44 William Daniel ackn his deed of land
indented to Moses Daniel] "But, without more evidence it can't be said to be
“William Daniel made a deed to Moses Daniel in 1742/1743 in Caroline County.”
Heinemann assigns my Ambrose Daniel to Moses Daniel and therein comes the rub, no DNA to
support for this assumption. Meaning at this time that my DNA does not match 4 other
Daniels with Caroline connections.
Thomas Daniel c1750-1825 Virginia, if not Caroline County
John Daniel, c1730-1800 Caroline County, Va.
James Daniel, c1732-1800 BKA James of Russell Co., Va.
William Daniel c1765-1840 of Virginia with ties to the Buckner
Does a Peter Daniel play a roll in my family connection to a common ancestor. Most
noteworthy is Peter Daniel Sr., (c1710-c1780) with ties to Brunswick Co., Va. Peter was
residing in Halifax Co., NC by 28 July 1760 and had ties to my Ambrose/his son Ambrose, or
William Daniel c1732-1797 wife Sarah Brown
Peter Daniel Jr., c1732-1791, he moved to Rowan Co., NC.
Sarah Daniel c1736 - ?- married Hugh Edwards whose family had dealing with the family
go my Ambrose.
Randall Daniel c1738-1800 married Lucy Lanier
James Daniel c1740-?- wound up in Rowan Co., NC.
I have tried to force feed my Ambrose into the Peter Daniel family and suspect he may
have had roots etc. in Brunswick Co, Va.? If Ambrose was born in Virginia in c1738 it
would be a big deal but that assignment does not seem to work.
However, we need the DNA from a Peter Daniel person of the family - Brunswick, Halifax
Co., NC or Rowan Co., NC.
Don’t get too excited about my dissertation having a few faults. I am an old man but my
gray cells are still pretty active. No dementia in my living family as far as I know.
Mike can you chime in on the DNA possibilities of my Ambrose vs your Peters?
