Thanks to all who responded, both on list like Pam and offlist like Payne &
Georgia. Your thoughtful insights remind us all of how important it is to
pass on our family history research to others. I'm now 62 years old and need
to begin to round up my research to pass on to my family descendants, with
the trick in finding some really interested. I keep hoping to stick around
long enough to pass some of this to my grandchildren who are still quite
young. My best bet may be my son's wife who seems more interested than most
of the rest.
The other thing is that I would like to thank Pam in particular for her
research. Gives me quite a few clues. I may be able to eventually contact
Anne O'Brian's participant and get him on board too.
By the way, Pam, Rufus B. Daniel born 1886 is the grandson of Hiram
Breckenridge Daniel b. Apr 18 1813 according to family Bible records. Hiram
B. Daniel, first son of Robert C. Daniel, is a grandson of Hiram Daniel the
elder born circa 1766-1774.
Thanks so much to all.
