Need parents of both John Daniel and Ferba Laseter. Would truly
appreciate any help given. These dates are from a piece of paper found
in an old bible that belonged to a grandaughter. I would offer to
share information, but this is all I know of my Daniel connection.
I hope I have the correct list for this. The family I am searching for is McDANNEL(L). I have been told that this is a variation of DANIEL - DANIELS - McDANIEL - McDANIELS - McDONALD etc. I dont have any full dates or locations, as my aunt-in-law is giving me this info to post on the Internet. My husbands family is:
Charles Henry McDANNEL
David F. McDANNEL
Barney McDANNEL came to US from Ulster, Ireland c1773.
m. Catherine STIMEL
James Jimmy McDANNEL
m. Catherine HANES
Margaret Catherine McDANNEL
m. Robert W. Schofield
Margaret Catherine SCHOFIELD b1878 Fairfield, Illinois
Then the line changes to SCHELL, SCHELL and then into MATTHEWS, all in Illinois. (I am also subscribed to these mailing lists) If anyone has any connection or can point me in the right direction, it would be most appreciated.
Thank you very much,

I am attempting to trace my family tree, but have reached an impass.

Born in Russellville Arkansas. Died in Arkansas as well.
He married Ollie Mae (Gallion) who was born in Iron Moountain Tennessee.
Any information you could provide would be very helpful.
I have just checked both volumes of the DANIELS family books, and do not
find either Nathaniel or Norman. Nor do I find Eliphalet or Edgar or any
spouses' names that are shown in these two msgs, so guess you can consider
these books as not worth searching for, if you had that in mind. I always
like to know where something is not, so I don't have to worry that I have
not checked them.

Hi fellow Daniel family researchers,
I have come up against one of those brick walls (ouch) for about 2
Hope someone can help or give me some advice.
My direct line is Bazel (ca 1776 NC, 1840s AR). I believe his father
Jeremiah (1750s ?, ca 1819 IL). I have found Jeremiah & Bazel on
Pendleton District SC
1800 Census. I think possibly Jeremiah is from the Montgomery CO (Anson
Co) NC region.
Has anyone out there searched in this area or run across these two?
Thanks for taking a look!
