Hello
Mary Ann nee Coleman together with her stonemason husband William Beard
and children William, Henry and Charles and great nephew William Cugley
Left Leonard Stanley Gloucestershire and Bristol on the Bussorah
Merchant in 1839 for Sydney.
After a few months they were indentured to the Sydney solicitors Unwin
and Want. They transhipped to Port Underwood at the top of the South
Island of New Zealand. Within months William and his workmates, Baldick,
Hall, Allen and Wiltonhad died on the Wairau bay where they were
attempting to set up a land selling operation for Unwins.
If this rings bells do drop us a line.

My Henry Coleman born 1745 Philadelphia Co PA married unknown date to
one Elizabeth Hill born 1750 Philadelphia Co PA. Had (1) one son Philip
in 1771 that I know of.
Henry died 1807, his wife died 1823 in Philadelphia Co PA. This is all I
have at this time. Am looking for a possible Revolutionary War record.
Need someone with FOLD 3 to
do me a lookup if they would. Thanks
I don't know if this is of any help or not.

Ancestry.com the following information:
Henry Coleman born 1745 Montgomery Co PA not formed until after the
Revolutionary War so had to have bee in Philadelphia Co PA. Wife
Elizabeth (Hill) born 1750 Montgomery Co PA again had to have been in
Philadelphia Co PA. Said he died in 1807, she died in 1823. These were
my dad's the or 5th Great-Grandparents. Please correct your information

I hope Coleen finds something because we have been working on this line
for quite a number of years. One thing that I note is that none of us
researching this family has mentioned finding that there were any
grandchildren named Henry ; or did they die ?I have found a Henry
Coleman in Montgomery Co. New York as well as Henry Colemans in
Virginia. So if he was in the Revolutionary War, which side was he on?
We need to check that possibility too. Philip and his family end up
down the Ohio river across from Cincinnati in that vague period of
American history around +- 1800. If there are any Coleman descendents
out there whose families ended up in SW Ohio in the early 1800s, we need
to compare notes. Thanks for any help.
Ruth Hanson Dilley - 4th gr.granddaughter of Henry ? Coleman through
Thomas Coleman and Catherine Bogart.

Henry Coleman born about 1740 Pennsylvania. Married an Elizabeth
unknown. Needing a check of Revolutionary War records to see if I can
find out anything more about this man and
whether or not they had more than one son Philip married Ann
Kelly/Kelley. Was said Henry was a hatter which I assume was a hat
maker. Any help out there. Thanks
