Does anyone have either of the following in their line?
1) Samuel Coleman who md. Frances Guthrey in White Co., Ar., ca. 1848.
According to the census recordsFrances was born in S.C., Samuel was born in
N.J. They are listed on the 1850 census for White Co., Ar.
2) Evans Coleman, b. ca. 1833 in Tn. He is on the 1850 census fir
parents, Spencer and Nancy Coalman, and his siblings. Sometime after 1850 he was
in Izard County, Arkansas, married to Sarah Elizabeth Jacobs and they had
a daughter Mary Jane Coleman. Family "legend" says that he then went into
the Civil War and was killed.
Can anyone help me on these?
Thanks.
