I am at a dead end to the details of HENRY COLEMAN who was tried at the Leicester Castle Court on 23.3.1797, found guilty of stealing a horse and sentenced to 7 years transportation. He was transported on the ship 'Barwell' which left Portsmouth on 7.11.1797. Any info would be more than I have now.

Hi all
I will be unsubscribing from this list soon after sending this mail, but
before I go, I'd just like to ask if anyone has any information on, or
connection to the people listed below. If so, please contact me directly on
my e-mail address, and not to the list as I won't get it.
Many thanks
Shelly
Anne Myburgh, born 1906 possibly in OFS, RSA who married a COLEMAN.
Apparently she was murdered somewhere in Johannesburg after 1976.

Anybody have these folks, originally from New York?
According to LDS, my Coleman ancestors from NY were Nathaniel Coleman (m. Martha Howell), Merrit Coleman d.1875 (m. Mary Smith), William Harvey Coleman 1813-1871 (m. Lucretia Merritt, 1837 in Battle Creek, MI), and my great-grandfather Harrison Horton Coleman, b. 1842 (m. Charlotte Rebecca Flowers, 1872, in Winona, MS).
