Hi back again after a very lengthy absence,
Still looking for my gg grandfather, Patrick Coleman (b.c.1828) from Ireland. Married Ellen (Eleanor) CATON (not known where), and had their first child Margaret? b.c.1851 in Northwich, Cheshire. Other children were Ellen, Denis & Sarah (my g grandmother)
Thanks
Jane
Could anyone tell me if they believe they are related to my Colemans? I watch the posts and haven't yet seen anything that looks like it might connect but since we have hit a brick wall in our search further back I was hoping that by posting this i might find a new "cousin" that could help take our research even further back. Any input would be appreciated. We have more information to share if we make a connection.

I am looking for proof of my ancestor's name, I will add a deed here so that it might help someone and might stir a memory of an Isabelle/Isabella Coleman md to an Ambrose Smith....Any help is appreciated. I have been told by the Caroline County Circuit Court Clerks' wife that Isabelle/Isabella was the d/o John Coleman d 1763 and his wife Eunice "Nicie" Hawes of Virginia in the Spotsylvania Co., area
Thanks for any help
