Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Roma E. Colgrove, 83 S. State
St., city, died at 12:30 p.m.
Saturday at his home after an
illness of three years. The
son of the late M. S. and
Harriett Austin Colgrove, he
was born Jun 19 1866, on Lane
Rd., Painsesville township.
Mr. Colgrove was a soft
drinks distributer for 25 years
in the area and was well
known, not only because of his
business connections, but for a
keen interest he displayed in
sports. He organized several
well-known baseball and foot-
ball teams and followed other
sports with keen attention.
Survivors include his wife,
Mrs. Sara V. Colgrove; a step-
brother C. D. Stevenson, a
daughter Mrs. Ruth C. Ulmer,
Miles City, Mont.; three sons,
Roland V. of Round-up, Mont.,
Melvin S. of West Russell, and
R. Kenneth Colgrove of this
small city and five grand-
children.
Rites will be conducted by the
Rev. Dayton R. Wright, rector of
St. James Episcopal church, at
Mulqueeny Bros. Funeral home,
Fairport, Tuesday at 2 p.m.
pallbearers will be his four
sons, his grandson, John E. Col-
grove and his stepbrother.
