I am DeForest's second cousin, once removed. I am in regular contact with
his two sons, including the Master Chief (mentioned in the article) and also
a nephew of DeForest, Sr. DeForest Sr. was the son of William Walter, son
of Charles Henry (1843-1919) whom I think you have in your database.
