There is a page for Horbling on the Lincolnshire GenWeb site:
http://www.rootsweb.com/~englin/H/horbling.htm
And another (with much the same information) at GENUKI:

There is also a village named Coleby in Lincolnshire, about 15 miles northwest of Horbling.

Anita --
It is possible that you are referring to Roos Hall, a well known Tudor manor at Beccles in Suffolk. In the latter part of the 16th century, Roos Hall was the home of one Thomas Colby and his family. However, the immigrant Anthony Colby, who came to America in 1630, and from whom most American Colbys are descended, was a yeoman from Lincolnshire. He had no apparent connection with the Suffolk line.

Great news! I had written to "Ellen" at website http://linkstothepast.com/milwaukee/oldsettlers.html
Ellen is in the process of transcribing information about the Old Settlers Club in Milwaukee County, WI. Levi J was listed, but info had not yet been transcribed for the site.

This is from the site:
From The Western Historical Company, Chicago, A.T. Andreas Proprietor, 1881
At the last annual meeting of the Club, held Wednesday, January 5, 1881, the following resolution was adopted in order to take a step that would make the organization perpetual:
Resolved. That all male descendents of those who settled in Milwaukee County prior to January 1, 1843, of good moral character, upon attaining the age of 21 years and complying with the conditions of this Constitution, shall be eligible to membership upon the recomendations of the Executive Committee.
Following is a table compiled from the signatures of the constitution of the Milwaukee Old Settler's Club. The dates of birth and settlement are precisely as given and written by each individual; the time of death and, if living, the present residence, are given. For reference by future generations this table will be found one of the most valuable features of this book:
