Who were the parents of James COLBY who married Elizabeth ARNOLD of Johnston, Providence County, Rhode Island, about 1797? Their children included Katherine and Julia. Julia is said to have married James C. Burlingame.
James died before 1810 when Elizabeth "Colebee" was listed as head of a household in Johnston.
